Spend a day at Siesta Key Beach: Siesta Key Beach is consistently ranked as one of the best beaches in the United States. The crystal-clear turquoise water and powdery white sand are perfect for swimming, sunbathing, and building sandcastles. There are also plenty of restaurants and bars in the village where you can grab a bite to eat or a cold drink.

Go on a Kayak or Paddleboard Tour: Sarasota has several waterways where you can explore the local wildlife and natural beauty by kayak or paddleboard. You can book a guided tour or rent equipment and explore on your own. Some of the best spots include Lido Key, South Lido Park, and the mangrove tunnels at Ted Sperling Park.

Plan to spend a day in the popular shopping and dining district of St. Armands Circle. The circle was established in the 1920s by circus magnate John Ringling, who envisioned creating a cosmopolitan shopping destination. St. Armands Circle is known for its unique blend of upscale boutiques, art galleries, jewelry stores, souvenir shops, and specialty stores. In addition to shopping, St. Armands Circle is renowned for its diverse culinary scene. The area boasts a variety of restaurants, cafes, and eateries, ranging from casual to fine dining.
