About us
Jon & Courtney Schomburg
Owners
Hi there! We’re Jon and Courtney Schomburg, the husband-and-wife team behind Pink Pineapple Properties! 🍍
Eight years ago, we made the move to sunny Sarasota to follow our dream of creating beautiful beach homes where families and friends could make unforgettable vacation memories. What started as a passion for real estate, design, and hospitality has grown into something we truly love!
I’m an Interior Decorator, Home Stager, and Realtor with a passion for transforming houses into welcoming, stylish retreats. I love incorporating fun, coastal-inspired designs that capture the laid-back beauty of Florida living.
Jon is a talented musician, an incredible dad to our daughter, Olive, and the guy who can always make you laugh. He's our problem-solver, numbers guy, and the calm presence who keeps everything running smoothly.
Together, we're the perfect balance of yin and yang. I'm the creative perfectionist, while Jon is the laid-back analytical thinker. We each bring something different to the table, and that's what makes us such a great team!
Above all, we believe that a vacation should be more than just a place to stay. It should be an experience filled with wonderful memories, thoughtful touches, and genuine hospitality.
We're so happy you're here and can't wait to welcome you to one of our little slices of paradise!
Cheers to sunshine, sandy toes, and unforgettable memories!

We knew it was the perfect place to spend our week vacation as soon as we walked in! Everything was so neat and clean! We never felt not at home all week! There were so many little touches all over that made the entire house picture perfect! There was even a book with pamphlets from different places to go, things to do, and restaurant menus! We definitely will come again!
